Just because I am 'in the blogging zone'.
JGS and I went to the beach for a 40th birthday sports day party and I took this photo. I think it is one of my favourite photos of all time.

And with some props........

After the Race for Life  (I did it 29 minutes and 27 seconds you know) we took the dog for a walk. This was the view down the track........................

The track was muddy in places.

That photo makes me chuckle. It looks like a bad nail varnish job. Although if you wanted MUDDY here is one I took earlier.......
